• Work as part of the executive team to manage, develop and analyze all financial requirements of the company
• Key financial representative to work with the lending institutions, such as investment banks, private investors, equity participants, traditional banks or any other source of capital

• Must have the skill to structure the deals with the clear understanding of the profit return to the holding company.

• Job cost experience is required for use in production of work in progress reports with input from senior project  management  Manage and oversee business accounts
